- The studio is separate from our house, located 30 meters away.

- Each night booked entitles you to 1 hour of pool access.

- For example, a 4-night reservation entitles you to 4 hours of pool access, which can be used as follows:
either 1 hour per day over 4 days
or 2 hours over 2 days
or 4 hours on 1 day

- Access to the pool area (5.50 m × 3.50 m) is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The pool is UNHEATED and features lounge chairs, patio furniture, a pizza oven, a barbecue, and a plancha grill,with a panoramic view of Sainte-Victoire. (Supplement for gas for the plancha or wood for the grill: €5; for wood for the pizza oven: €10)

- The pool and garden area will be reserved exclusively for your private use.

- Occasionally, we may be present in our house, but our shutters will be closed (your privacy is guaranteed).

- For an additional fee, you may extend beyond the hours included in your reservation for €20 per hour.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
